What we collect
Information you give us. Your name, email address, telephone or WhatsApp number, city and state, the specialty you are enquiring about, your preferred travel timing, and anything you write in your message.
Health information you choose to share. If you send us radiographs, photographs, laboratory results or medical reports so that a treatment plan can be prepared, we hold them for that purpose. You are never required to send medical information through the website form.
Technical information. Standard web-server logs, and cookies or similar technologies used for site functionality and, where enabled, analytics and advertising measurement.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry; to prepare a written treatment plan and quotation; to coordinate travel, appointments and follow-up; to meet our legal and record-keeping obligations; and, only if you have asked for it, to send you occasional updates.
Who we share it with
Partner healthcare facilities. We share your information — including medical images and reports — with a partner clinic or hospital only with your explicit consent, and only what is necessary to assess your case and plan your treatment.
Service providers. Hosting, email delivery and analytics providers acting on our instructions.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.
International transfer
Our partner facilities are located in Türkiye. If you ask us to arrange treatment, your information will be transferred outside the United States. Data-protection law in Türkiye differs from US law. By asking us to arrange treatment you consent to that transfer.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not proceed are retained for up to 24 months. Records relating to arranged treatment are retained for as long as required for medical record-keeping and legal purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@nextherahealth.com and we will respond within 30 days. You may withdraw consent to share your information with a partner facility at any time, though we may then be unable to arrange treatment.
Security
We use access controls and encrypted transmission for medical documents. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, which is why we ask you not to send detailed medical information through the website form and provide a secure channel instead.
Children
Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18 except where a parent or guardian is arranging treatment on their behalf.
Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date below.
