Four Steps — and Nothing Decided Without You Seeing It in Writing
From your first message to the medical file you carry home, this is exactly how treatment in Türkiye is planned with us.
1 — Free Consultation
Tell us what you need. We ask a handful of questions: your goal, whether you already have imaging or reports, roughly when you are thinking of travelling, and where you are based. We respond within 24–48 hours, and a person reads your message.
2 — Written Plan and Fixed Quote
We review your imaging with the treating team and send an itemized plan: what will be done, over how many days, with which materials, at what total price. The quote is fixed. This is also where we share which facility we propose and its accreditation — and where, if we do not think you should travel, we say so.
3 — Travel
Once you decide, we arrange flights, hotel, airport pickup and every transfer — planned around your treatment dates rather than the other way round. Someone from our team meets you and accompanies you to appointments.
4 — Treatment, Then Your File
You are accompanied throughout your stay. Within seven days of your return you receive your complete file: treatment summary, imaging, materials used including implant brand and lot numbers, a written warranty certificate, and a follow-up schedule your own physician can work from.
Payment, Warranty and What Happens If Something Goes Wrong
Payment
Structured across before and after treatment, and set out in your written quote. We do not ask for payment before you have a written plan in your hands.
Warranty
Provided in writing. The certificate states what is covered, for how long, and how a revision is requested. If a claim is not documented, we do not make it.
If something goes wrong
Contact us, not the clinic. We respond within 24 hours, arrange a three-way call with the treating team if needed, and manage any revision that falls under warranty. That is the point of working with a US-based company rather than booking directly.
Follow-up
We check in at three, six and twelve months — not to sell you anything, but to know whether the work held.
